Working out in a gym can be intimidating - Thats why I offer the option to add on in person gym sessions! I'll help you with form, guide you through a workout, or just be a friend to have girly chats with! I will also go grocery shopping with you to teach you how to read food labels, what to look for in ingredients & how to structure your meals!
