As a lifelong dancer and professional cheerleader with the Panthers, I’ve always been passionate about movement. But my true journey began when I struggled with an eating disorder during my dance career. I realized that achieving an ideal body shouldn’t come at the cost of my health.
That’s when my passion for sustainable fitness and nutrition took shape. I founded momentum. to help women create lasting, healthy changes that fit their lives—not extremes or quick fixes. My mission is to guide you toward a balanced approach to fitness and nutrition that leaves you feeling strong, confident, and empowered.
